Frome Classes
Our next Tai Chi blocks at Frome Cricket club will start on Thursday 11th June at 4.30pm and Friday 12th June at 3.30pm. The cost is £51 for 6 weeks.
The Tai Chi Qigong session on Fridays at 2pm continues to be Pay as You Go.

Tai Chi Qigong – Fridays at 2pm
The Tai Chi beginners’ classes cover basics of the practice using movements from the Yang style 24 form. No experience required, but places must be booked in advance.
